This policy explains what Nexra Creative does with personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller for that information. You can contact us at hello@nexracreative.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

Enquiry form. Your name, email address, and optionally your company, website, the service you're interested in, your timing, and the message you write.
Email. Anything you include if you contact us directly.
Server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve and secure the site.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver and administer that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us — or performance of a contract once one exists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to actual client work are kept for as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes, normally six years.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies at all.
