Work we're
proud of.

A sample of recent engagements. We keep client names off the site by default — discretion tends to be worth more to them than our marketing is to us.

[ 01 — 03 ]  Case studies

Different sectors, same approach: find the story, build the system, keep it running.

[ 01 ]  Sports memorabilia & collectibles

Turning a deep archive into a daily publishing engine.

A globally recognised collectibles brand sitting on extraordinary stock with no consistent way of showing it. Everything was made reactively, shot differently each time, and posted whenever somebody remembered.

We built an editorial system around the archive itself — a small set of repeatable weekly formats, a fixed shooting and lighting standard so every item looks like it belongs to the same brand, and a calendar planned a month ahead that the in-house team could realistically keep to. The point wasn't more content. It was content that arrived on schedule and looked like one brand had made it.

[ 02 ]  Independent healthcare clinic

A clinic that gets found before it gets recommended.

An independent practice with a strong local reputation and almost no visibility in search. New patients came almost entirely from word of mouth, which is wonderful until you want to grow.

We rebuilt the site as a fast static build — no page builder, no plugin weight — and restructured it around the treatments people actually type into Google rather than the clinical terms used internally. Each treatment got a proper page. The local SEO foundations were laid correctly: structured data, consistent details across the web, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site instead of contradicting it.

[ 03 ]  Independent creative services business

Ranking in a crowded local market without paying for it.

A small creative services business competing against directories and much larger operators, with a budget that ruled out sustained paid advertising.

The strategy was patient rather than clever: a genuinely fast website, a clear service and pricing structure, and a steady programme of location and question-led pages answering exactly what prospective clients search for before they enquire. Each page earns its place by being the most useful answer to one specific question — and together they cover a whole market that paid search would have cost a fortune to rent.

A note on discretion

We don't put client logos on our website unless they've asked us to.

Some of the work we're most proud of belongs to businesses that would rather not advertise who makes their content. That's a reasonable position, and we'd extend you the same courtesy. Full references and named examples are available privately on request.

We take on a small number of new projects each quarter. If it's a fit, you'll hear back within a day with honest thoughts — not a proposal deck.
